And whether you prefer to knit or crochet, we have multiple projects lined up so there is always one that fits your style. Josefien (@josiehaakt) designed three crochet patterns, using three of our yarns. Have a look at the Oh Baby! Crochet Blanket, Oh Baby! Crochet Booties and the Oh Baby! Hat.
Karlien (@dotjesendatjes) designed three knitting patterns: the Oh Baby! Knit Blanket, Oh Baby! Knit Booties and Oh Baby! Sweater. She used the Baby Fabulous, Favorite and Epic.
We chose versatile and modern colors fitting every nursery. You can choose to buy a kit but its also possible to buy the pattern only and go wild with your own color scheme.

OH BABY! CROCHET BOOTIES
Aren’t these crocheted booties the cutest? They are designed to keep your baby’s feet warm. You can make a pair Oh Baby! Crochet Booties from only one ball of Charming. Two sizes are described in the pattern: 0 - 3 months and 3 - 6 months. The only question that remains is, what color will your Oh Baby Crochet Booties be?
You can buy the kit or the digital pattern only. The kit contents:
- 1 ball Charming (for one pair of booties)

OH BABY! CROCHET BLANKET
What better to gift a baby (and its parents) than a blanket? Not much right? This crocheted blanket is made from our Baby Fabulous, which is a cotton blend yarn (45% cotton - 55% acrylic). This makes the blanket light and breathable but cozy and warm at the same time. You only need 10 balls of Baby Fabulous and crochet hook 4.0 mm. With the 35 colors Baby Fabulous to choose from, there is always a color that suits the nursery.

- 10 balls Baby Fabulous (finished blanket will measure 70 x 100 cm)
- 1 pattern
OH BABY! HAT
With this hat you’ll keep the baby cozy and warm. It is made of one ball of Serene (100% merino wool), which makes this hat extremely soft. You can keep the hat simple, but you also have the option to make a pompom or a flower application on it. In short: you can go in any direction. In which color will you make the Oh Baby! Hat?

MEET JOSEFIEN | JOSIEHAAKT
You could say that I was born to start crafting. My grandmother crocheted the finest lacework and the most artful tablecloths, she knitted sweaters, hats and mittens for all her grandchildren, as well as an extensive wardrobe for my doll.
It took a long time for I really got hooked. When I was at school, I waited patiently for the knitting and crochet lessons to be over. Then Grandpa came to pick me up, then entrust my work to Grandma.
How I exactly started with crocheting later on, I don’t even remember. Anyway, it started with a cap, and then one more, and one more, until every close relative was provided.
In the period that we had many babyshowers, I started making baby gifts. I was mainly looking for something fun and original instead of the standard envelope that – let’s be honest - ends up on the stack with the rest.
When I was on bed-rest during Raf's pregnancy heavier activities were not allowed and so I started crocheting very intensively. The prospect of having a baby of my own to test all my work was the best drive. The collection was expanded and it has not stopped since.

Blankets, babies can never have enough, right? This knitted blanket is the perfect gift. It is made from our Baby Fabulous - which is a cotton blend yarn (45% cotton - 55% acrylic). This makes the blanket light, breathable but cozy and warm at the same time. You only need 9 balls of Baby Fabulous and circular needles 5.0 mm with a 60 cm cable. With the 35 colors Baby Fabulous you can choose from, there is always a color that suits the nursery.

OH BABY! SWEATER
The Oh Baby! Sweater looks good on every baby. You knit it in one piece and you’ll close the seams at the end. The pattern is made for 0-3 months and for 3 - 6 months. Either way, five balls of Epic are enough! You can also make this sweater longer and turn it into a cute little sweater dress. The choice is yours! Which option are you going for?

MEET KARLIEN | DOTJES EN DATJES
Hi There,
I am Karlien, a creative thirty-something from Izegem (West Vlaanderen in Belgium), DIY-fascinated, a barrel full of inspiration and a house full of wool.
I am the cliché definition of a Yarnivore, I like to knit and I do it anywhere, anytime. I prefer to work on several projects at the same time. So I can choose which one to work on, depending on my mood.
What started as a hobby with making blankets, scarves and pillows for friends and family, has grown into my own company ‘Dots en Datjes’. A hobby that got out of hand that still makes me happy every day.
Under the motto "knitting is my happy place" I started looking for a reliable supplier with nice yarns and many different colors with whom I could develop a long-term relationship. That's how I ended up at Yarn and Colors, and I was immediately sold. To this day they still continue to surprise me with fun, new things and all-time favorites.
With the "Oh Baby" Lookbook I wanted to add fun and especially easy patterns for the knitters among us. I hope to be able to inspire you and spark your creativity. I have enjoyed making the patterns enormously, and I am very grateful for everything I have learned from this.
