Yarn and Colors is always looking for inspiring shops, webshops, designers, and more to expand our global experience. You can gain access to the wholesale section of our website by filling in our Google form. With your provided information, we’ll verify your contact details and set up a business account for you. This process usually takes up to 24 hours on business days (Mon – Fri). We'll verify details like: Do we have the correct shipping address? Will you receive the invoice in the right language? And which VAT rate should we apply to your account? Once everything has been verified and set up, we'll link you to the appropriate wholesale price list.

Can I register for a wholesale account if I do not have a VAT number?
To create a business account, you must have a valid VAT number. If you don't have one, you cannot create a wholesale account. You can email us for assistance if you are not required to register for VAT in your country.
I registered for your wholesale website, but my wholesale prices aren't visible yet!
On rare occasions, it might take more than 24 hours, especially if one of the websites we rely on to verify your VAT number is down. If you haven't received an update from us after 48 hours on business days, please contact us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. All our contact details are on our contact page.
Can I meet a representative before registering or ordering?
As a Dutch-based company that doesn't work with sales representatives, we're unable to offer in-person meetings. However, if you wish to meet us, feel free to send us an email, and we'll arrange a digital meeting for you!
Do you offer sample kits on your website?
Yes, we offer a sample kit. Purchase it from our business-to-consumer shop, and we will refund the cost when you place your first business-to-business order.
Where can I find images for all products?
We offer a single download for all our products. This link is available in the description of every product once you are logged in.
