Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied about one of our Yarn and Colors articles. According to the Dutch law you have a cooling-off period of 14 days. You can return your products without giving any reasons during this period. However, if you’re willing to, please do so. As with your feedback Yarn and Colors is able to improve our products even further.
RETURNING YOUR ARTICLE(S)
The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you receive your products. It is only possible to return products when they aren’t used and preferred in the original package. You are responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please pack your shipment carefully to avoid any damages. We’ll refund the returned article(s) within 14 days of receiving the parcel or shipment confirmation. The refund will be based on your return:
The money will always be refunded on the payment method you’ve used when the order was placed. By using the return form you’ll speed up the return process as its possible to identify your return shipment earlier.
WHAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to download any downloaded articles such as patterns. These kinds of articles will not be refunded if you decide to cancel your full order. Also, it’s mandatory that sets always need to be returned as sets. For instance, a crochet kit can only be returned as a whole. Here you can’t return contents of the kit separately. Therefore, always return articles in their original packaging.

- When you partially return an order, Yarn and Colors will refund the returned articles only.
